Consulting Solutions in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Network Operations Center professional to join our onsite team. The role requires residency within a reasonable commuting distance and being able to meet onsite requirements; the full team is onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

You will perform daily health checks, monitor performance, respond to incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and maintain documentation.

• Experience supporting enterprise network technologies in a 24x7 operational environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network incidents.
• Experience performing network monitoring, operational maintenance, and infrastructure support activities.

Local Availability: This position requires onsite work in the Columbia area. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the worksite (approximately 30–45 minutes) and be able to meet the onsite requirements. Relocating candidates must be established locally before submission.

The full team is onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Required

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network operations, network administration, or infrastructure support environments
• Experience supporting enterprise network technologies in a 24x7 operational environment
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex network incidents
• Experience performing network monitoring, operational maintenance, and infrastructure support activities

Preferred Experience

• 8+ years of experience working in enterprise infrastructure and network environments
• Experience with highly available, large-scale network environments
• Experience leading operational initiatives, major incident response, and infrastructure improvements
• Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and procedures Team Name: Network Operations Center (NOC)
