Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior-level network administration experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of data and voice networking technologies.
• Experience planning, designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining network infrastructure.
• Experience with network hardware, software, and related infrastructure components.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a Tier III support environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly complex and advanced network administration activities supporting the enterprise network infrastructure.
• Plan, design, implement, monitor, and integrate data and voice network components.
• Administer and maintain existing network hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
• Evaluate current network environments and recommend potential network enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and related components.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure by internal teams or vendors.
• Serve as Tier III technical support for complex network-related service requests and incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced network connectivity, performance, configuration, and infrastructure issues.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.
• Assist with network infrastructure planning and technical architecture as required.
• Apply a security-first approach to network administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure changes.
• Follow IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.
• Work independently with initiative and sound judgment.
• Participate in network projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology implementations.
