Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior Manager to lead NetSuite implementations and related ERP engagements within its Consulting practice in Charlotte, NC. You’ll oversee client relationships, guide solution design from discovery through go-live, and mentor project leaders to deliver high-quality results.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk while promoting standard practices and cross‑functional collaboration across service lines.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering ERP/financial systems consulting.
• Experience leading multiple NetSuite implementations end-to-end.
• Strong accounting and financial process knowledge.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of NetSuite and related engagements and guide plans.
• Lead discovery, solution design, configuration, data conversion, testing, and go-live.
• Mentor project leaders and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and change control across engagements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and market development for NetSuite practice.
