Elliott Davis is seeking a NetSuite Business Systems Consulting Senior Manager to lead complex NetSuite implementations and oversee delivery across a portfolio of engagements. You will shape solutions, manage client expectations, and drive quality and profitability within a fast-growing practice.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, executive communication, and the development of project leaders, with a focus on scalable business processes and reliable go‑live performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, information systems, CS, management, or related field.
• Substantial experience delivering ERP or financial systems consulting engagements with complex implementations.
• Experience leading NetSuite implementations from discovery to post-go-live support.
• Experience leading implementation teams and overseeing multiple concurrent engagements.
• Strong accounting and financial process knowledge including GL, reporting and transactions.
• Ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, timelines, scope changes, risks, and executive client communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP integrations with third‑party apps.
• Active NetSuite certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, etc.).
• Prior professional services or consulting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of NetSuite and related business systems engagements, provide hands-on implementation support alongside project teams, and own project plans and execution.
• Guide engagements across discovery, solution design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization.
• Support seamless handoff of implemented projects to Optimization/Ongoing Support practice.
• Ensure project governance and client responsibilities are clearly defined and managed.
• Lead or support implementation workstreams and recovery planning for at‑risk engagements.
• Provide quality reviews of designs, configurations, data conversion approaches, reporting, and transition plans.
