Job summary
Alamar Biosciences is seeking a NetSuite Specialist to join the Operations & Supply Chain team. You will manage NetSuite data integrity across core records and drive rollouts of MRP, WMS, and Advanced Manufacturing modules.
The candidate will work independently in a fast-paced startup, collaborating with multiple departments to translate requirements into scalable NetSuite processes and dashboards.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required; CPIM or similar certification desirable.
- 5+ years experience in planning and supply chain management; NetSuite experience required.
- Experience with ISO 13485 and GMP environments is preferred.
- Strong teamwork, self-starter attitude, and independent work ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as NetSuite SME supporting day-to-day operations across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
- Maintain data integrity across NetSuite records: Items, BOMs, Routings, Work Orders, Inventory, Vendors.
- Support rollout and optimization of NetSuite modules: MRP, WMS, Advanced Manufacturing.
- Own routine system maintenance: parameter updates, master data uploads, validation checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable NetSuite processes.
