Job summary
Crowe seeks a NetSuite Implementation Senior Consultant to support ERP implementations for Manufacturing and Distribution clients. You will translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions, guide the full lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live, and collaborate with client stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- NetSuite Certifications – Suite Foundations, Administrator and ERP Consultant required.
- 4+ years of NetSuite experience focusing on solution design or technical oversight.
- Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite solution design across core and advanced modules.
- Own functional configuration including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and roles.
- Collaborate with integration leads on data flows and interface architecture.
- Evaluate standard vs. custom vs. SuiteApp approaches in design workshops.
- Develop Functional Design Documents and ensure alignment across requirements and design.
- Act as a design phase lead, mapping business processes and performing gap-fit assessments.
- Provide configuration oversight and quality assurance across scripts and data models.
- Serve as escalation point for architecture or solution design decisions.
