Job summary

Crowe seeks a NetSuite Implementation Senior Consultant to lead ERP projects for Manufacturing and Distribution clients. You will translate business needs into NetSuite solutions across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of NetSuite experience, strong knowledge of SuiteScript/SuiteTalk, and ability to collaborate with client stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain. This is a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• NetSuite Certifications: Suite Foundations, Administrator and ERP Consultant required.
• 4+ years of NetSuite experience focused on solution design and architecture.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Strong knowledge of core modules: GL, AR/AP, Procurement, Inventory, Fulfillment, Manufacturing.
• Understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, Suite Analytics.
• Familiarity with 3rd-party integration frameworks (Celigo, Boomi).
• Ability to read and advise on SuiteScript 2.x design patterns and SuiteCloud development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite solution design across core and advanced modules.
• Own functional configuration of NetSuite: workflows, saved searches, dashboards, roles, permissions.
• Collaborate with integration leads to design data flows and interfaces between NetSuite and external systems.
• Evaluate standard vs custom vs SuiteApp during design workshops and RTM reviews.
• Develop Functional Design Documents and ensure alignment between functional requirements and design.
• Act as solutioning lead during Design Phase with cross-functional teams.
• Provide configuration oversight and QA of scripts, workflows, data models.
• Escalate and guide architecture or solution design decisions across workstreams.
