Job description

Help shape how a growing consumer products business runs.

NetSuite powers nearly every part of our client’s business—from customer orders and inventory to financial reporting and production planning.

Leadership has been managing the software, customizations, and integrations themselves. Now, they’re investing in a dedicated expert who can take ownership, uncover opportunities, and turn business needs into working solutions.

You’ll become that expert.

Working directly with leadership, you’ll own NetSuite and its connected business systems. You’ll have meaningful input into what gets improved, the opportunity to build it yourself, and a clear view of the difference your work makes.

What you’ll make possible:
  • Less manual work. Build workflows, automations, and scheduled reporting that save time across the business.
  • Better visibility. Create dashboards and custom reports covering sales trends, inventory, customer payments, deductions, broker commissions, and forecasting.
  • Reliable customer transactions. Support the rollout and ongoing performance of the TrueCommerce EDI integration, helping orders, invoices, and related information flow accurately.
  • A stronger NetSuite environment. Own administration, configuration, customization, system audits, and troubleshooting.
  • Easier access to information. Tailor dashboards and mobile access to the needs of leadership and different teams.
  • Smarter use of technology. Recommend and implement useful modules, applications, integrations, and practical AI capabilities as the company grows.
What you’ll bring:
  • Strong hands‑on experience administering and customizing NetSuite ERP.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally build workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reporting, and automations.
  • Experience with SuiteFlow and SuiteScript customization.
  • Experience supporting EDI and third‑party integrations; TrueCommerce is a strong plus.
  • The ability to understand a business problem, recommend an approach, and independently deliver the solution.
  • Clear communication and an understanding of how finance, inventory, purchasing, and order management connect.

You may currently be an internal NetSuite administrator, a hands‑on systems owner, or a consultant building solutions for multiple clients. Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, or another product‑based business is especially valuable.

Why this opportunity:

Your expertise will directly influence how the company operates. You’ll work closely with decision makers, take ownership of meaningful projects, and help the business get more from technology it already depends on.
