PFFCU is seeking a Sr. NetOps Engineer with a strong network security focus for our Bensalem, PA location. The role leads security projects, manages firewalls, and collaborates across IS teams. On-site for 90 days, then hybrid with on-call rotation.

You will troubleshoot complex incidents, document solutions, drive remediation, and support secure architectures while partnering with vendors and business units. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' hands-on experience with network security infrastructure in Cisco environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex security incidents and drive resolutions.
• Strong documentation and runbook creation.
• Willingness to travel to offices as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to network security projects, implementations, and integrations.
• Create documentation and diagrams for new and updated systems.
• Provide escalation support for network security infrastructure including firewalls and identity management.
• Lead reviews and remediation of security devices for standards compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation and cross-team collaborations.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and deployments.
