Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a field technician to test, inspect, and troubleshoot high voltage equipment across Florida and the Southeast. You will perform acceptance testing, write clear reports, and participate in start-ups and commissioning for new installs.

A key part of the role is mentoring Level III/IV technicians on the job. The position requires a NETA Level II/III/IV certification, 2–5+ years of field testing experience, and knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA safety

Qualifications

• NETA certification required.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot low, medium and high voltage equipment.
• Run acceptance and maintenance testing to NETA standards and write test reports.
• Do start-ups and commissioning on new installs, respond to outages and emergencies.
• Lead or mentor junior techs on the job (Level III/IV).
