Job summary

Teledyne Brown Engineering (TBE), a Teledyne Technologies Incorporated company, seeks an Intermediate Level Software Engineer to develop web-based interfaces using Blazor and to build back-end APIs that integrate with AWS services. The role is onsite in Huntsville, AL and involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across design, systems engineering, and technical writing.

You will contribute to transitioning planning tools from desktop to web applications, participate in SDLC in a CMMI

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development with a focus on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
• Strong C# skills and experience with Blazor, ASP.NET Core, and AWS.
• Experience designing relational database schemas and SQL queries.
• Experience with AI code generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop browser-based user interfaces primarily using Microsoft Blazor web framework.
• Develop back-end business logic and APIs to integrate with cloud services primarily AWS.
• Support debugging and troubleshooting of development, test, and production issues.
• Participate in full software development life cycle in a CMMI Maturity Level 3 environment.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to shape product experiences and develop scalable interfaces.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Travel may be required (<5%).
