Job summary

Bits & Bytes Technology Solutions seeks a .NET Developer for a 30-month engagement with the State of New York. The position is based in Albany, NY with 2-3 remote days per week and demands strong C#/.NET, Angular, HTML/CSS, and Oracle expertise.

You'll interpret business requirements to build scalable web apps, implement MVC 5+, and establish CI/CD workflows while handling PHI data in health-related projects.

Qualifications

• 84 months (7+ years) experience with C# and/or .NET in web apps.
• Experience with HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS.
• 84 months with Oracle: database design, PL/SQL, stored procedures and related tasks.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and implement logic in code.
• 36 months experience coding within MVC 5 or later.
• 24 months designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 12 months with financial applications.
• 36 months handling PHI data in healthcare contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based applications using C#/.NET and Angular.
• Design and optimize databases and stored procedures in Oracle.
• Translate business requirements into robust application logic.
• Create and maintain MVC 5+ applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with healthcare data under HIPAA PHI guidelines.
