Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Programmer to provide on-site software development and support for a DoD Leidos contract with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, NC.

The role leads SDLC work, enterprise integration, and knowledge management while delivering web-based, multi-user solutions. Candidate will develop with .NET, SQL Server, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and integrate with SharePoint and Active Directory, ensuring robust reporting and data access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field; Active Secret clearance.
• ITIL v3 Foundation and Microsoft programming certification required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, GCED, GCIH) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review customized reports and views to reduce management effort.
• Facilitate access-related processes and permissions insights for Government stakeholders.
• Lead development of extensible search, reports, and export functions; track history/events.
