Job summary

UNICON International Inc. seeks a Senior .NET Lead Developer in Torrance, CA for an on-site role (4 days/week). Lead onshore and offshore development to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

You will code, test, and enhance software, mentor staff, and coordinate offshore teams while delivering scalable web applications using .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, REST/SOAP, and AWS integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of development experience with .NET languages and SQL Server.
• Experience with .NET core and ASP.NET framework.
• Strong API integration experience using REST/SOAP.
• Experience leading teams across time zones and offshore coordination.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, and enhance software per requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and lead offshore teams.
• Develop technical docs and architecture specifications.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery to meet sprint goals.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
