Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead / .NET Developer to guide a development team while contributing hands-on in software development, code reviews, CI/CD, and release management. The role focuses on building enterprise apps with C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure.

You will lead Agile sprints, manage deployments, and coordinate with stakeholders. Expect a hands-on role with a balance of leadership and coding in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2 years leading a software development team.
• Strong hands-on C# and .NET development experience.
• Proficient in Angular and front-end development.
• Production experience deploying to Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint management.
• Knowledge of release management and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software developers and manage day-to-day activities.
• Manage Agile sprints, planning, standups, and backlog prioritization.
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Angular.
• Perform hands-on coding, reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Deploy and maintain apps using Azure App Services and Functions.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee production releases, deployment readiness, and rollback procedures.
