Job summary

Axiom Path is seeking a Senior .NET/SQL/SSIS Developer (Blazor) for a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. Work focuses on data integration, ETL, and enterprise applications within an Agile environment.

You will design and maintain ETL pipelines with SQL Server/SSIS, build backend services with C#/.NET Core, and collaborate with business stakeholders while delivering scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience, including complex queries, procedures, and performance tuning.
• Daily, hands-on SSIS ETL development experience.
• Proven backend development experience using C# and .NET Core.
• Experience building or supporting RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of Blazor; experience building applications from the ground up is a plus.
• Exposure to Azure (App Services, DevOps, Functions, or related services).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders.
• On-site work in Charlotte, NC 2–3 days per week per team schedule.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis only.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SQL Server and SSIS as the primary focus.
• Build and support backend services using C#, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
• Support and enhance applications built with Blazor (and limited Angular exposure).
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing data pipelines and application performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for audit, support, and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute ideas and technical direction as a senior voice on the team.
