Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a senior solutions architect to design scalable, secure .NET applications for financial services. You will lead end-to-end architecture using C#, ASP.NET Core, REST, microservices, Angular and Azure, while aligning with security and regulatory standards.

You will mentor development teams, establish coding guidelines, and drive CI/CD and DevOps practices to ensure reliable, high-performance systems across trading, banking, payments, and capital markets platforms.

Qualifications

Job description

• Design, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications for financial services platforms, including trading, banking, payments, and capital markets solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8, REST APIs, microservices, Angular, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define architecture standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines while ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations and security standards.
• Design and optimize enterprise integrations with SQL Server, messaging platforms, third-party APIs, and financial systems to support mission-critical applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, conduct architecture and code reviews, and drive adoption of modern software engineering practices including CI/CD and DevOps.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements to enhance application scalability, resilience, performance, and maintainability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring system reliability, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced financial services environment.
