The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of IT experience, deep .NET expertise, and a proven track record in architectural leadership and mentoring. Engage with business analysts to shape future applications and ensure robust SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with at least 8 years in application development.
• Strong .NET experience (C#, ASP.NET) and SOA/WCF expertise.
• Architectural leadership in Agile environments with SDLC ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, science or engineering.
• Excellent communication and ability to coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Design software solutions to meet client’s business and technical needs.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, testers and analysts.
• Analyze specifications to ensure requirements are scalable for future releases.
• Drive reusable components and future application solutions.
• Produce architectural and design specifications for large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts to diagnose defects.
