Job summary

Jimmy Technologies is seeking Senior FS Engineers to modernize a fleet management platform. You will develop backend services in .NET Core and frontend in React/TypeScript, leveraging a microservices and microfrontend approach.

Responsibilities include containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud hosting on Azure, and implementing secure authentication using OAuth2/JWT. The role requires overlapping US hours and remote-first work within Europe, with travel for workshops as needed.

Qualifications

• Backend and frontend development using .NET Core, C# and React/TypeScript.
• Experience with microservices and microfrontend architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud services.
• Security best practices (OWASP) and common web vulnerabilities.
• Experience with Azure services and DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET, C# and React.
• Implement microfrontend architecture for scalable frontends.
• Modernize and modularly decompose a large enterprise platform.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
• Work with MS SQL, NoSQL (e.g., CosmosDB) and Redis for data storage.
• Integrate OAuth2 and JWT for authentication.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply OWASP security practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
