Job summary

Ampcus Inc is hiring a Programmer Analyst 2 to help modernize its flagship cloud-hosted application from desktop to web-based. The ideal candidate must possess expert knowledge in .Net technologies, including Visual Studio .Net, ASP.Net, and SQL, and be experienced in MVC, JavaScript, and jQuery. Responsibilities include understanding existing code for migration and working collaboratively with lead developers. Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of systems development and design using Visual Studio .Net.
• Expert knowledge in developing ASP.Net, Web Services, and Web applications in .Net.
• Experience working in MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Unobtrusive Validation, HTML, and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Modernizing the flagship cloud-hosted application from desktop to web-based version.
• Understanding current desktop application code for migration.
• Working closely with lead developers and providing guidance to contractors.
