Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Sr. .NET Developer with 9+ years of experience to lead the design of the DXC platform. The role requires deep expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server, and a track record of API development (SOAP/REST) and CI/CD practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and drive performance improvements while engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with .NET technologies including ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with SOAP and RESTful API development and integration.
• Strong SQL Server skills: design, stored procedures, debugging, performance tuning.
• Hands-on SSIS experience.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS and messaging services (MSMQ or Azure Service Bus) a plus.
• Experience with Rally Agile project management.
• Prior team leadership and/or management experience is desirable.
• Reinsurance industry knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement.
