You will lead architecture, define service boundaries, drive cloud-native patterns, and mentor senior engineers while ensuring performance, security, and reliability across AWS and Kubernetes environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of C#/.NET development
• 7+ years of microservices & distributed systems
• 5+ years of architecture & system design
• Experience with Kafka, SQS, SNS, EventBridge or RabbitMQ
• Performance engineering, scalability & production troubleshooting
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities with security, observability and cost optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for high-throughput, low-latency enterprise platforms
• Define microservice boundaries, APIs, data ownership and distributed-system patterns
• Drive cloud-native architecture across AWS, Kubernetes and container platforms
• Lead performance, reliability, security and production engineering initiatives
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads
• Establish architecture standards, coding practices and engineering governance
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across application, database, messaging, Kubernetes and AWS layers
