Nexus Health Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain critical clinical and administrative applications across facilities.

You will work on full-stack development, cloud deployment, and AI-enabled features, influencing architectural decisions and roadmaps. The role blends hands-on coding with ownership of platform engineering, collaborating with executives to translate vision into scalable, secure solutions across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building enterprise applications using C#/.NET.
• Experience shipping cross-platform mobile apps with .NET MAUI (or Xamarin.Forms).
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Demonstrated understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and distributed system design.
• Practical experience with Azure-hosted applications and cloud-native development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and AI/LLM integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI.
• Assist with SQL-based data solutions across clinical, operational, and reporting systems.
• Contribute to software architecture and API/service design discussions.
• Partner with the CIO on software design initiatives and AI strategy.
• Build clean, secure, well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Plan and manage project work with minimal oversight.
