• 84 months of experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies, incl. 36 months with ASP.NET Core.
• 36 months with RESTful Web APIs and multi‑tier architectures.
• 48 months building modern web UIs using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Vue/Angular/React.
• 72 months with MS SQL Server including T‑SQL, design, tuning, migrations.
• 36 months deploying apps on Windows Server & IIS.
• 36 months implementing authentication/authorization with OIDC/OAuth2.
• 48 months as Technical Lead guiding teams, code reviews, standards.
• 36 months as Scrum Master / Agile Team Lead.
• 36 months managing SDLC with Azure DevOps, Jira, Git.
• 36 months designing testing, release, deployment, and prod support.
• 36 months analyzing requirements, specs, estimates, stakeholder coordination.
• 24 months related to transportation infrastructure, assets, or GIS.
