Requested Qualifications

• 84 months of experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET technologies, including 36 months of experience with ASP.NET Core, RESTful Web APIs, and multi-tier application architectures.
• 48 months of experience developing modern web-based user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React.
• 72 months of experience developing database-driven applications using Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, database design, performance tuning, and data migration.
• 36 months of experience deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise applications hosted on Microsoft Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS).
• 36 months of experience implementing enterprise application authentication, authorization, and security using OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, or comparable federated identity management technologies.
• 48 months of experience serving as a Technical Lead for software development teams, including assigning development activities, conducting code reviews, establishing coding standards, and providing technical guidance to developers.
• 36 months of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Lead, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and tracking development progress.
