Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 1.5 years substitution.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 6 years with cloud platforms.
• Minimum 5 years leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• Minimum 5 years of SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Minimum 5 years of Agile/SCRUM and version control (Git, TFS).
• Minimum 3 years building large scalable web/mobile apps using React.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and end-to-end designs.
• Build scalable, secure enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership across systems and integration layers.
• Support SDLC: design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
