Job summary

Xceedance, a leading provider of insurance operations support, technology, and data services, is seeking a senior .NET developer for a remote US-based role. You will design, develop, and maintain features, APIs, and integrations, while collaborating with product, QA, and operations in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in CS (or equivalent) and 10 years of C#/.NET experience, with strong SQL knowledge and DevOps fundamentals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience with C#, .NET
Working knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD/DevOps principles.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to document defects and technical work clearly.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain application features and integrations.
Configure and customize vendor-provided packaged software to meet user requirements.
Build and maintain APIs for internal and external use.
Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to deliver production-ready software.
Follow Agile development practices and use planning tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to DevOps/CI-CD practices and automation efforts.
Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
