Chromalloy is a global engineering & solutions company focused on aftermarket parts, repairs, and solutions for aircraft engines and gas turbines. We seek a Senior Microsoft Full Stack .NET C# Web Developer to build and modernize enterprise applications and APIs using the .NET stack, driving production-ready code and architectural excellence.

You will lead design decisions, mentor peers, and collaborate across stakeholders to keep manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API on .NET 8+ and EF Core.
• MS SQL Server: queries, stored procedures, views.
• Relational data modeling skills.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Experience with Git and/or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise web apps and APIs using ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, EF Core, and Kendo UI.
• Turn AI prototypes into production-ready solutions with strong architecture and security.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.
• Support and enhance MES and other critical applications in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Provide production support, including after-hours when needed.
• Own technical design decisions including architecture and data models.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and improve development standards.
• Collaborate with users, analysts, DBAs, and system admins to define requirements.
• Serve as a technical SME for assigned apps and workflows.
• Participate in agile planning, estimates, and backlog management.
• Stay current with .NET, front-end, and AI tools and apply as appropriate.
