Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Microsoft Full Stack .NET C# Web Developer to build, modernize, and support enterprise applications that keep manufacturing operations running. You will develop web apps and APIs using the Microsoft .NET stack, turn AI prototypes into production-ready solutions, and provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentoring.

You'll drive architecture decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a 24/7 production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• At least 10 years of professional software development experience with growth in depth and scope.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API on .NET 8+ and EF Core.
• Strong SQL Server experience (queries, stored procedures, views).
• Experience designing normalized relational data models and strong JavaScript skills.
• Proficient with Git and/or Azure DevOps and secure coding practices.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, EF Core, and Kendo UI.
• Translate AI prototypes and UI designs into production-ready solutions meeting enterprise standards for architecture, security, and maintainability.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and help strengthen development standards and practices.
• Support and enhance MES and other critical applications in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with users, analysts, DBAs, system admins, and stakeholders to define requirements and resolve challenges.
• Stay current with .NET, front-end, and AI-assisted development technologies and apply relevant capabilities.
