Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with React.js (Frontend) and .NET (Backend).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers in daily duties.
• Mentor, delegate and assist other developers using technical knowledge.
• Coach and motivate team members, mitigating impediments affecting the team.
• Drive engagement and motivation to sustain talent and reduce attrition.
• Cooperate with multiple teams in implementing new ideas.
• Drive internal process improvements across teams and functions.
• Develop programming guidelines/standards and ensure adoption.
• Maintain standards and processes including quality measures and customer-oriented standards.
• Influence ways of working through technical discussions and alignment.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and propose technical advances.
• Share knowledge and distribute responsibilities to elevate team knowledge.
• Implement and fine-tune processes to increase testing, development, and releases efficiency.
• Work in Agile, Waterfall or DevOps depending on requirements.
• Adhere to client standards during project lifecycle.
• Use tools/standards/tech to contribute effectively.
