Job summary

NetServices (NSI), a subsidiary of Synergy ECP, seeks a seasoned Software Engineer in the Washington, DC area. You will design, develop, test, and manage application development projects supporting IT infrastructure and large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities span the full software development life cycle, with opportunities to automate operations, integrate third‑party components, and mentor teammates. Requires 8+ years in full‑stack engineering and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in software development and application management.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience with large‑scale data processing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and manage application development projects in support of IT infrastructure.
• Integrate third‑party components programmatically and introduce new capabilities.
• Modify existing code to enhance functionality and performance.
• Automate operations and maintenance tasks where possible.
• Develop and deploy applications under the direction of lead architects.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle and quality assurance.
