Schwab is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to lead a high-performing Scrum team within Advisor Services Platform Client Experience. You will help shape and deliver modern, scalable digital solutions that serve advisors across both customer-facing and backend platforms while working on-site in Austin, TX.

Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to drive agile delivery, foster technical excellence, and guide the team in building secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with enterprise-scale apps.
• Advanced C#/.NET hands-on experience.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (Angular/React).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Led agile delivery and mentored engineers.
• Security, reliability, observability, and compliance focus.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Define agile user stories with technical leads and business partners.
• Write code, perform reviews, support testing and debugging.
• Design scalable features using modern software practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide team growth.
• Collaborate with product owners, leads, and architects.
• Ensure secure, resilient applications and operational stability.
