Job summary

Kinect LLC seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and support scalable applications for wealth-management platforms. You will drive projects from requirements through production deployment and ongoing support, leveraging C#/.NET backend and advanced SQL/data skills.

Location is New York City with a hybrid schedule (minimum two days in office). Competitive base salary ranges and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a discretionary bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C#/.NET backend development experience.
• Experience in financial services; Private Wealth/wealth management preferred.
• Advanced SQL and data skills with Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake.
• Full-stack web development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience integrating REST and/or SOAP services using JSON/XML.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Ability to independently solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack applications and integrations.
• Build and maintain production services using C#/.NET.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, data models, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and infra improvements.
• Manage multiple development and integration workstreams.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance.
