Job summary

Kforce Technology Staffing is seeking a capable Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) for a client in Dallas, TX. You will build scalable software, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architecture decisions while supporting production systems in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of professional software development experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and MS SQL, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, or similar full-stack technologies.
• Understanding of secure coding, SDLC practices, and code quality standards.
• Experience with Test Driven Development, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and developer tools.
• Familiarity with Agile, plan-driven delivery, incident response, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable software aligned to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions on time and within scope.
• Participate in technical solutioning, project planning, task estimation, and feature delivery.
• Contribute to application design, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices.
• Support production systems in a -you build it, you run it- operating model.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues, incidents, and root causes.
• Improve team practices, application stability, supportability, and delivery processes.
