Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies seeks a Senior .NET Full-Stack Application Developer for a contract-to-hire role. You will work across desktop, client-server, and modern web applications, leveraging C#, VB.NET, Blazor, WPF, Windows Forms, and SQL Server to enhance and modernize our enterprise portfolio.

You’ll own complex features, perform code reviews, and help set architectural direction. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience across .NET, Blazor web development, WCF and REST APIs,

Qualifications

• Strong professional experience with C# and .NET development.
• Proficiency in VB.NET and maintaining existing VB.NET apps.
• Hands-on experience with Blazor for modern web apps.
• Experience building and supporting WPF and Windows Forms apps.
• Experience with WCF and RESTful APIs/web services.
• Solid SQL Server development and database design skills.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Git/TFS/Azure DevOps source control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, maintain, and support enterprise applications using the .NET stack.
• Work on both desktop/client-server and modern web applications.
• Analyze existing apps, understand architecture, implement enhancements with minimal disruption.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in modernization efforts, moving functionality to web-based solutions where appropriate.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to coding standards and architecture decisions.
• Develop scalable, secure, reliable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop Windows-based applications using WPF and Windows Forms; support legacy apps.
• Troubleshoot production issues, connectivity, and integrations; ensure compatibility with processes.
