Job summary

GSK Solutions Inc. is seeking two senior Full Stack .NET Developers for a 8-month remote engagement to support Iowa state programs. Focus on .NET backend, frontend UX/UI, accessibility, and enterprise design system adoption.

Requires WCAG and secure coding practices, with CI/CD via Azure DevOps. Ideal candidates have strong C#/.NET skills, front-end proficiency, and experience with SQL Server, APIs, and middleware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong grounding in HCI/design or computer science.
• Strong .NET and C# development and solid front-end experience.
• Demonstrated UX/UI knowledge with a portfolio showing UI work.
• WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility training and hands-on testing experience.
• Recent experience with modern frameworks and enterprise design systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SQL Server, APIs, and middleware integrations.
• Accessibility certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience in government or healthcare domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise apps using .NET/C#, MVC, and Web Forms where applicable.
• Implement UX/UI best practices, collaborate with designers, and ensure accessibility.
• Extend components in Bootstrap/Material, aligning with enterprise design system.
• Code for WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, test with assistive tech and tools.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and middleware, with SQL Server support.
• Follow secure coding practices and manage data per state requirements.
• Manage source control, deployments, and CI/CD via Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot production issues across apps and environments.
