Careington International is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Software .Net Developer to drive high-impact initiatives and modernize our architecture.

You will work hands-on with C#, .Net Core, Angular, SQL, and cloud components, guiding teams through evolving design choices to support future growth. The role requires leading with clarity, embracing ambiguity, and delivering robust software across multi-team projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Full Stack development with .NET, Angular and SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM practices and test-driven development (TDD a plus).
• HIPAA/PCI regulated app development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs and processes.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with business/technical teams.
• Define standard development practices and gate milestones for compliance.
• Design system specifications and programming standards for solutions.
• Improve operations through systems analysis and policy recommendations.
