Job summary

Careington is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Software .Net Developer who will lead high-impact initiatives and drive innovation across multiple teams. You will work hands-on with C#, .NET Core, Angular, SQL, and cloud architecture to evolve the system for future growth.

The role requires comfort with ambiguity, collaboration, and a proven track record of building scalable software in complex environments. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the US with opportunities to work across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Full Stack experience with .NET and Angular.
• Experience with regulated development (HIPAA, PCI) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OO design and Agile/SCRUM practices.
• Experience with testing; TDD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and define standard development practices.
• Improve operations by analyzing systems and guiding architectural changes; provide ongoing documentation and support.
