Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong object-oriented design skills and experience.
• Demonstrated team-oriented development and timely delivery.
• Experience across a full product development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Solid experience with C# and .NET technologies.
• Full stack experience preferred; React experience is a plus.
• Proficient with XML/XSLT, SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio tooling.
• Experience developing Windows Forms and Windows services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with MSF Agile or CMMI processes.
• Exposure to healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Builds, implements and tests new applications and enhancements.
• Ensures integration of new applications with existing systems.
• Mentors and trains team members, promotes cross-training.
• Sets technical standards and documentation practices.
• Keeps user manuals current and up to date.
