Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior .NET Application Developer to support the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Arlington, VA. You will develop and enhance applications within the Concorde framework, delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.

You will participate in sprints and Agile ceremonies, develop across Classified and Unclassified environments, and support legacy applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent ASP.NET, C#, and MVC-based web development using Visual Studio 2017 or higher.
• 5+ years of .NET Core/.NET Standard development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies, including sprints, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, LINQ, MVC, Entity Framework, and Unity.
• Significant recent JavaScript and CSS development experience.
• Experience with HTML, AJAX, jQuery, SQL, and relational data models.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with XML and XML programming libraries.
• Experience developing in an environment supporting 10,000+ users and an RDBMS with 250+ tables and 1M+ total rows.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Experience packaging and delivering software and documentation to production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, NHibernate, T4 templates, ReSharper, and Classic ASP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications within the Concorde framework, delivering high-quality, efficient solutions in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Participate in sprints, backlog grooming, Agile ceremonies, development activities, and technical demonstrations.
• Develop and support applications across Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) environments.
• Support legacy applications and contribute to seamless integration and operational continuity.
• Apply DevSecOps principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Quickly deliver small projects and transition effectively between applications and priorities.
• Package and deliver software and documentation to production.
