Invita Healthcare Technologies in Baltimore, MD seeks a Senior Software Engineer - .Net to maintain and advance two enterprise-grade, legacy systems. You will work across C# and VB.NET, focusing on desktop WinForms interfaces and robust SQL Server data handling in a heavily regulated, multi-product environment.

The role emphasizes deep debugging, data integrity, and collaboration with senior architects and QA in a hybrid schedule based in our Baltimore office.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of .NET Framework (v4.8) experience.
• Proficiency in C# and VB.NET with ability to read, debug, and write code.
• WinForms specialist with experience in Windows desktop applications.
• Strong SQL Server skills including writing stored procedures (ADO.NET).</
• Experience with Infragistics and DevExpress toolkits is a plus.
• Comfort in large-scale, N-tier monolithic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modernize two large codebases with 1M+ LOC.
• Develop across C# and VB.NET to ensure parity and stability.
• Write and optimize SQL Server stored procedures and data mappings for accuracy.
• Maintain desktop UI with WinForms using Infragistics/DevExpress.</
• Implement and test complex business rules and Chain of Custody workflows.
• Collaborate with architects and QA to investigate and fix issues.
