CMG Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a hands-on senior software engineer to help modernize our loan-platform stack on .NET and Azure. You'll own features from requirements through production, integrating vendor APIs and internal services, while maintaining rapid release cadence with strong quality gates.

You will work across SQL Server, legacy .NET apps, and new APIs, delivering reliable, test-covered code and clear technical documentation. A proactive, architecture-minded engineer will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Deep C#/.NET experience across generations and platforms.
• Strong SQL Server skills including T-SQL, indexing, and data changes.
• Reproduction-first debugging and evidence-based fixes.
• Integration engineering with REST APIs and vendor APIs.
• Testing with xUnit/NUnit and mocking to bootstrap tests.
• CI/CD and Azure operations (GitHub Actions, Docker, App Service).
• Refactoring with safe, incremental migrations and parity testing.
• Clear technical writing and runbooks for the team.

Responsabilités

• Ship fast against structured requirements with gated releases.
• Own systems end to end from requirements to production.
• Modernize legacy apps via service extraction and API-based decoupling.
• Work with vendor and internal APIs, ensuring reliable integration.
• Troubleshoot production issues across code, SQL, APIs, and Azure.
• Make architectural decisions and drive improvements with evidence.
