Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Project Software Engineer III in the United States to design, develop, integrate, and sustain enterprise applications for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions, including secure APIs and integrations.

The role emphasizes cloud-native development, collaboration, and strong documentation within an Agile framework, contributing to modernization and operational excellence for government and public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• 3+ years of experience with .Net, C#, Rest APIs, MS Azure Platform Cloud Space.
• Able to work core business hours 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise apps using C#, .NET 6/8+, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server.
• Design and support REST APIs, microservices, and integrations across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure services, and external systems.
• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, APIs, and Dataverse integrations.
• Develop cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and Managed Identity.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, deployments, and release activities.
• Monitor application and integration health using monitoring tools and perform troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration designs, and runbooks.
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint execution.
