Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of software development experience.
• Preferred experience with State of Florida financial systems, including FLAIR and PALM.
• Strong analysis and research skills.
• Experience on large, complex SDLC projects.
• Experience with stakeholders to refine solution requirements.
• Ability to drive high-level architectural decisions: structure, interfaces, performance, security.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience with Network and System development and deployment.
• Experience with OData and OData REST APIs.
• Experience creating and monitoring CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience performing code reviews to ensure compliance with standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
