Dice is seeking a Senior App. Technical Specialist with 15+ years of experience to design, develop and deploy complex client-server and web-based applications using .NET technologies. The role requires onsite work in Washington, DC, with in-person interviews and a multi-month contract.

The candidate will mentor a team of developers, collaborate with government clients, and ensure the platform remains secure and scalable across cloud, mobile, and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT with Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with .NET/ASP/Visual C# and SQL databases.
• Hands-on design and coding in large complex systems.
• Ability to mentor developers and work with government clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and enhance client-server/web/mobile applications.
• Mentor application developers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure secure, defect-free applications and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate activities of development teams and resolve feasibility issues.
• Document processes, produce user guides, and maintain SOPs.
