Job summary

Ladders seeks a Sr. Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software in a modern cloud environment using Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver reliable, high-quality applications across the full SDLC.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, REST/JSON, Agile, and cloud deployment (AWS), working in a fast-paced, remote setting with stakeholders and QA for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of application development experience using C#, Visual Studio, and .NET Framework.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex stored procedures and performance optimization.
• 5+ years of experience with REST and JSON.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile and cloud-based software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a software development team to design and maintain software using C#, .NET, and web technologies
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Work with stakeholders to define tasks and schedules that meet project deadlines
• Create software deliverables, conduct unit testing, and collaborate with Quality Assurance on defect resolution
• Engage in Agile SCRUM processes, including story creation and backlog refinement
• Utilize Microsoft SQL Server for writing stored procedures and data mining
• Implement software solutions using Microsoft stack technologies and deploy them in AWS
