Job summary

System Soft Technologies seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Coppell, TX for developing and enhancing software components and applications. You will collaborate to ensure timely delivery, documentation, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The role requires strong C#, .NET, T-SQL expertise, UI experience with Angular/React, and cloud development on Azure. Familiarity with AI/LLMs and mortgage origination is a plus; in-person interview is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a structured environment involving systems, applications, development, testing, and deployment.
At least 7 years of deep experience in C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, and T-SQL.
UI development experience with Angular (latest), React, CSS3+, HTML4+, TypeScript.
Practical knowledge of Agile principles and ability to lead SCRUM ceremonies.
Experience with cloud development (Azure preferred).
Mortgage origination industry experience highly preferred; AI/LLMs familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, program, test, implement and deploy software applications following standards.
Collaborate with clients, IT resources, vendors and stakeholders to identify requirements and propose solutions.
Ensure code accuracy, create technical documentation, and use configuration and quality management processes.
Work with project participants to maximize productivity and timely completion.
Provide training and guidance to less experienced personnel.
Work independently with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgment.
May serve as a project technology lead or functional specialist.
Investigate root causes and resolve complex system problems.
