Job summary

Precision Technologies is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core. You will build secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions on Azure, while optimizing SQL Server/Azure SQL databases and implementing modern authentication protocols.

The role involves CI/CD pipelines, containers, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable enterprise apps with C# and .NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.
• Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs, Microservices, backend services, and distributed applications using ASP.NET Core.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault, and Azure Container Registry.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server and Azure SQL databases including stored procedures, views, functions, indexes, queries, and database schemas.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, role-based access control, and secure application practices.
• Develop event-driven and distributed applications using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
• Implement automated unit, integration, API, and UI testing using xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Moq, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Registry, and related DevOps technologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze application performance, conduct root cause analysis, resolve defects, and provide ongoing production support and application enhancements.
