Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in .NET, MS SQL Server, and Angular.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Senior .NET Developer role supporting a public-facing burn-permit application.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications supporting public-facing tools such as the Michigan burn-permit availability application.
• Collaborate with business analysts and agency stakeholders to interpret requirements and design technical solutions.
• Translate business needs into system architecture, technical specifications, and development tasks.
• Support project and work-request activities through coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Participate in discovery sessions and process modeling to align business objectives with system functionality.
• Provide expert guidance on technical feasibility, standards, and policies.
• Maintain strong communication with agency partners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support operational activities as part of the Agency Services technical team.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and quality standards.
