Command Cyber Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior .NET Developer in Rockville, MD to deliver AI-enabled mission features on a secure enterprise platform. This on-site role requires collaboration with federal stakeholders and a focus on rapid yet secure delivery using AI-assisted development tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ASP.NET/C# backend and Angular frontend experience, plus familiarity with .NET Core and cloud components. Active Public Trust Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Related Field.
• 5+ years ASP.NET/C# backend development with SQL databases.
• 5+ years Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frontend development.
• Experience with .NET Core / modern .NET (8+).
• Proven track record delivering new functionality in complex enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, unit test, and peer review new features from concept through production release.
• Define the technical approach and estimate effort for new functionality and changes.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and documentation.
• Build scalable, secure web applications using ASP.NET, C#, SQL, and Angular.
• Collaborate with Analysts and QA to understand requirements and deliver.
• Plan and execute feature delivery with federal stakeholders.
• Perform secure coding reviews and maintain code quality.
• Stay current on AI-assisted development and delivery optimization.
